We make products according to the customer's product requirements, the Proforma Invoice , and the mats the customer received are black with white spots. Black mat with white dots as shown on attached proforma invoice. The customer did not mention that his customer wanted to use the back of the floor mat, colored side up, as described by the customer , the back is colored, not black with white dots ,which is inconsistent with our contract. No customer has ever used the side that is not used normally. If the side is used that is not used normally, then does the colored color conflict with the black and white dots in the contract .So what is the meaning of the Proforma Invoice ? While customers are dealers, we as manufacturers have the right to know the special needs of customers. Instead of saying that our products do not meet his customer's requirements after receiving the goods, our products are produced in accordance with the Proforma Invoice .
